
Diane
has worked as a trainer for the last 15 years, it may not have
always been her “job-title”, yet she was always the one sent to
learn new applications and train those around her. Diane says, “I could never figure out what I wanted to be when I
grew up, but I knew I always enjoyed teaching. When the opportunity
came up to teach a session to a group, I took it. And after that
first session I was hooked! I really enjoy helping people understand
applications and technology and get such satisfaction when they tell
me that I have made it easy for them to understand and use.”
Diane is a high-energy, quick-learning, confident professional with
an enthusiasm for technology. She has exceptional presentation,
communication, and organizational skills with natural ability to
break down and explain complex technical topics for maximum
comprehension to even beginning students.
Diane is a Microsoft Certified Instructor with expertise in teaching
beginner-to-expert levels in multiple applications and Microsoft
technical courses.
Diane holds the following Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE
and MCT. She also holds Comptia’s A+. She worked as an instructor
for New Horizons Computer Learning Center Princeton in 2001 and 2002
and was named Instructor of the Year both years.
