Diane has worked as a trainer for the last 15 years, it may not have always been her “job-title”, yet she was always the one sent to learn new applications and train those around her.
Diane says, “I could never figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I knew I always enjoyed teaching. When the opportunity came up to teach a session to a group, I took it. And after that first session I was hooked! I really enjoy helping people understand applications and technology and get such satisfaction when they tell me that I have made it easy for them to understand and use.”

Diane is a high-energy, quick-learning, confident professional with an enthusiasm for technology. She has exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills with natural ability to break down and explain complex technical topics for maximum comprehension to even beginning students.

Diane is a Microsoft Certified Instructor with expertise in teaching beginner-to-expert levels in multiple applications and Microsoft technical courses.

Diane holds the following Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE and MCT. She also holds Comptia’s A+. She worked as an instructor for New Horizons Computer Learning Center Princeton in 2001 and 2002 and was named Instructor of the Year both years.

Author of Brilliant PowerPoint 2007 Pocket Book, the Brilliant Access 2007 Pocket Book, The Accountant And Auditor's Guide to the Microsoft Office System, and, the latest… Windows Vista: Home Entertainment with Windows Media Center and Xbox 360 along with a host of other titles.

S. E. Slack is a writer and author who works every day in her digital home office. With more than 16 years of writing experience, she specializes in technology with an emphasis on "de-gunking" technology so that users can get more from their PC. She has written several computer books and coauthored Breakthrough Windows Vista: Find Your Favorite Features and Discover the Possibilities. In addition, she regularly contributes to Microsoft.com Web sites, including Work Essentials, Microsoft At Home, and Windows Vista Community.

 

Being brought up in the computer age, Nick has always had a love of technology and the gift of learning it quickly. After becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional in 1999, Nick worked in several IT departments offering one to one tech support and network administration. After achieving further certification from Microsoft in Windows 2000 and 2000 Server, Nick turned to training in the IT field. His practical, down to earth teaching methods have struck a responsive chord with trainees the world over.
