Our Instructors
Diane F. McSorley, MCSA, MCSE, MCT

Diane has worked as a trainer for the last 15 years, it may not have always been her "job-title", yet she was always the one sent to learn new applications and train those around her.
Diane says, "I could never figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I knew I always enjoyed teaching. When the opportunity came up to teach a session to a group, I took it. And after that first session I was hooked! I really enjoy helping people understand applications and technology and get such satisfaction when they tell me that I have made it easy for them to understand and use."

Diane is a high-energy, quick-learning, confident professional with an enthusiasm for technology. She has exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills with natural ability to break down and explain complex technical topics for maximum comprehension to even beginning students.

Emily Coltman, MA (Cantab) ACA

Emily is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She qualified as an accountant in 2003 and spent the next 4 years working with accounts and tax for small businesses, and realized that a lot of businesses had problems that stemmed from poorly kept books. This led her into specializing in training small business owners to use bookkeeping software, and that in turn led to her interest in building training videos.
